On Sunday, November 3rd, US clocks move back 1 hour when Daylight Saving Time ends. For most of Europe (and locations east), Daylight Saving ends SOONER on Sunday, October 27th.
 
Therefore, since most MAA meetings (and closed Back-to-Basics Step Study groups) follow US Eastern Time, meeting times will be ONE HOUR EARLIER for those located outside of the US for the week between October 27, 2024 and November 3, 2024.
 
These time changes will be automatically reflected within the MAA Meeting Calendar and the Closed B2B Group Meeting Calendar (located on the MAA website).
 
For the two MAA meetings which are based on UK time (Mon 8am GMT, Wed 8am GMT), local meeting times will remain the same for those located in Europe, but will start ONE HOUR LATER for those in the US during the week between October 27th and November 3rd. The same ONE HOUR time differential applies for US members for the two MAA German speaking meetings (Sun 8pm CET, Wed 7:30pm CET).
 
Participants in closed Back-to-Basics Step Studies: Group members who live in Europe (and other parts of the East) will need to arrive for their daily meetings ONE HOUR EARLIER during the week between October 27, 2024 and November 3, 2024. For those US participants in the 7am AET B2B Step Study, please be aware that your group will meet ONE HOUR EARLIER (e.g., 3pm ET) beginning November 3, 2024.
